Referral Partners

 

Midwest Bankers Commercial Lending Services employs a staff of highly trained professional business development officers that seek to build strategic partnerships with select referral partners in our niche markets.

 

Our philosophy is to help our referral partners serve their clients. If we put our referral partners and their client's business objectives before ours, we will achieve our goals. We help other people get what they want.

 

As the deal moves through the system you are able to view the status as it changes. From credit score to funding, you know where all of your deals stand at all times.

 

We have two types of referral partners - Direct and In-direct

 

Direct referral partners do not lend money to their clients and secure the services of Midwest Bankers to handle that aspect of their client relationship on a direct basis for them.

 

We have successful referral partner alliances with the following types of businesses that focus in our niche markets.

  • Professional practice listing brokers

  • Specialty financial planning firms

  • Specialty accounting firms

  • Architects and designers

  • Equipment distributors and manufacturers

 

In-direct referral partners lend money to their clients and are commercial finance and leasing companies. For these referral partners we provide lending on an in-direct or wholesale basis.

 

Our in-direct area maintains discounting relationships with qualified, established commercial finance and leasing companies that produce at least five million dollars in fundings annually.

 

Our in-direct referral partners must provide the following information for our analysis to become and authorized in-direct partner.

  • Full financial disclosure including the past two years audited financial statements or tax returns.

  • Resume on the company and the principals.

  • An analysis of the funded volume in the previous two years by amount, number of transactions, average transaction size, industry or transactions generally financed.

  • Provide references from existing funding sources.
